Where do toxins come from?
Toxins come from both external exposures including chemical pollutants, heavy metals, pesticides, food additives, medications, alcohol, cigarette smoke, EMF, artifice blue light lightening and environmental mold. From internal sources, such as normal metabolic waste and substances released by microorganisms living in or affecting the body.
Importantly, being out of sync with our natural circadian rhythms (light–dark cycles, sleep timing, and daily biological signals) can significantly impair detoxification, hormone balance, and immune function allowing toxins and inflammatory by-products to accumulate more easily.
In addition, biological stressors including mold, yeast and fungi, parasites, bacteria (including Lyme-associated bacteria), and viruses can further increase the body’s toxic and inflammatory burden.
Tell me more about The Wellness Detoxifcation Programs?
Let us take a deep dive into making lifestyles changes based on your individual needs. We will start to peel back the onion so to speak, layer by layer, to see what has happened in the past that lead you to the current state of health you are now experiencing.
This first Wellness consulatation is 2 hours and will include a partial biofeedback session and a HRV scan, at this time we will review your deep dive questionnaire/assessment, address your health concerns, discuss your health goals and get you started on your first steps toward optimal health. We can add on full or partial biofeedback session throughout your detox program. This will help us dig deeper into hidden stressors in the body, and find root causes and imbalances in the body that may be major contributors to your current health. HRV is another way we can dig deeper and also keep track of the progress that you are making on a monthly basis.
Informational handouts will be given to you to help get you started on your new health journey. Together we can make a plan of lifestyles improvements that are tailored to your needs.
Follow-up sessions may be spread out over the next few weeks or months based on your individual needs and readiness. We will address lifestyle changes including Circadian Rhythm, Sleep, Stress, Seasonal Diet & Nutrition, Exercise, Toxicity, Supplements & Herbs, suggestions of cleanses and detoxification programs, and much more.
We will go at your own pace so as not to overwhelm you. Small changes at a time add up to bigger changes and changes you can more readily adapt too.
3-4 months for many is optimal to get you on the path to wellness. More time may be necessary depending on how chronic your situation is and how willing you are to make lifestyle improvements. The Foundational program is approximately 4-5 months and the Comprehensive programs can be 7-9 months in duration and would be best for clients who have multiple concerns, chronic illness, suffer from lyme, mold, long covid and/or people looking for a total body health reset.

+ What does an initial consultation include?
• 120 min Wellness Detoxification Consultation will include:
• A partial discovery biofeedback scan with a 36-page health report of reactivies and major stressors on your body for that particular day. (in-person, or remote appointments)
- A Heart Rate Variability scan (in-person only)
• Wellness consulation and educational handouts (in-person or remote)
- Deep Dive Questionnaire or assessment review.

+ **What does a follow-up consultation include? **
Follow-up consultations can be discussed at your initial consultation. They are suggested as needed throughout your 12 week program and are approximately 1 hour. You may choose to add Biofeedback on to each appointment to see improvements along the way and/or HRV scans. Appointment time 1-2 hours
